"Warning: If you are reading this then this warning is for you. Every word you read of this useless fine print is another second off your life. Don't you have other things to do? Is your life so empty that you honestly can't think of a better way to spend these moments? Or are you so impressed with authority that you give respect and credence to all that claim it? Do you read everything you're supposed to read? Do you think every thing you're supposed to think? Buy what you're told to want? Get out of your apartment. Meet a member of the opposite sex. Stop the excessive shopping and masturbation. Quit your job. Start a fight. Prove you're alive. If you don't claim your humanity you will become a statistic. You have been warned.~Tyler Durden"
Anyone can tell you to cheer up. It makes them feel good. But see who pats you on the back for a good job. Those who are not driven by jealousy or envy will do just that. Your true friends are proud of your accomplishments, not jealous of your successes. See if a friend comes to you when you get good news, not just bad news. There are lots of people who are willing to "cheer us up" when things aren't going well. But it's more difficult to find someone who will congratulate us when things are going well.

“People are afraid of themselves, of their own reality; their feelings most of all. People talk about how great love is, but that's bullshit. Love hurts. Feelings are disturbing. People are taught that pain is evil and dangerous. How can they deal with love if they're afraid to feel? Pain is meant to wake us up. People try to hide their pain. But they're wrong. Pain is something to carry, like a radio. You feel your strength in the experience of pain. It's all in how you carry it. That's what matters. Pain is a feeling. Your feelings are a part of you. Your own reality. If you feel ashamed of them, and hide them, you're letting society destroy your reality. You should stand up for your right to feel your pain.”

TimeshareForums.com is owned, operated and moderated by Kenneth Westervelt of Pennsylvania. He also owns and operates M9Bayonet.com, M7Bayonet.com and RodentSniper.com. He has interests in various other businesses including general weaponry, teddy bear sales and custom candy bar wrappers. He is an opportunist whose diverse interests stem directly from a keen eye for market niches. On Timeshare Forums, he goes by the name of "Big Frank".
Timeshare Forums is a place for consumers to voice questions and opinions about their timeshare experience. As part of these discussions, several clients of Property Donation Group posted their experiences with the company and recounted details of how Property Donation Group got them out of their timeshare contracts.
Having achieved the successful release from these timeshares with the assistance of Property Donation Group through donation or a paid transfer, the parties were pleased to share their experiences in the hopes of helping others who had encountered similar problems with their timeshare companies. However they were astounded to find that, not only were their comments of praise for Property Donation Group not appreciated, but they themselves were harshly accused of being phony posters who worked for Property Donation Group.
Determined to correct these gross misconceptions they were slammed by the site moderators who bombarded them with another slew of off-handed, derogatory and unfounded comments and their testimonies were deleted. They notified Property Donation Group to inform them of the unexpected online attacks. Property Donation Group decided to investigate and soon uncovered why the supposedly objective moderators, such as "Big Frank", "Bill", "Glitter Brunello", "Tonyg", and "Lawren2" were so reluctant to allow these positive posts. It only takes a brief glance at the site to see how Kenneth Westervelt and his "moderators" are making their money -- paid advertisements from none other than the timeshare companies and timeshare resale companies themselves.
Timeshare Forums are also quick to back up any kind of unsubstantiated slander from "non-clients" as well. There is one particular case where a man who didn't want to pay Property Donation Group for our service and insisted that we use a non-contracted title company of his choosing, which is against our company policy and called us many horrible names and got all of the moderators from TS4MS to join in on the verbal beat down on one of our young female coordinators. He even got away with posting in the thread title "Property Donation Group Scam" which is ridiculous since we have never had an actual customer complaint.
Timeshare Forums is in the business of advertising timeshares for sale under the guise of a discussion board. Property Donation Group is in the business of assisting people who want to get rid of their timeshares. To ensure they keep their advertising sales up, "Big Frank" and his team are doing what they can to quell any positive promotion of Property Donation Group.
The timeshare industry is fraught with barely disguised scams and Timeshare Forums is a perfect manifestation of the latest line of crooks.

Many timeshare donation companies would like you to think that you can deduct more money than you actually can from your income tax return for a timeshare donation. Some timeshare donation outfits claim to help people get tax deductions of over $20,000. That's not credible! The fact is the IRS requires that any deductions over $5,000 require a professional appraisal. The first catch to this is that most appraisals cost at least $500. The second catch is that most appraisal companies won't back up the appraisals if you were ever to be audited by the Internal Revenue Service. Several of these companies have even ripped off millions of dollars in appraisal fees before they were finally caught. The state of Florida and many others are trying to make this illegal. As the economy worsens the IRS is cracking down more and more on suspicious deductions. IRS agents know that timeshares are worth very little and know that most donated timeshare sell for under $100. Remember, timeshares are only worth what someone is willing to pay for them.

Testimonial~
Hi Ron,
We have received all pertinent paperwork and are breathing a sigh of relief. Our timeshare was an albatross around our necks and we didn't believe we would ever be able to remove it. We want to thank you so much for your help. Property donations has responded to all our emails and answered all our questions even when we had difficulty contacting other parties involved. There were times when I was skeptical, but all is well that ends well. I cannot thank you enough for helping us remove this burden from our life. I would recommend Property Donations to others who feel the burden of a timeshare in their life.
Thank you,
Michael and Linda Falabella

Money Is Not Wealth
If you want to create wealth, it will help to understand what it is. Wealth is not the same thing as money. Wealth is as old as human history. Far older, in fact; ants have wealth. Money is a comparatively recent invention.
Wealth is the fundamental thing. Wealth is stuff we want: food, clothes, houses, cars, gadgets, travel to interesting places, and so on. You can have wealth without having money. If you had a magic machine that could on command make you a car or cook you dinner or do your laundry, or do anything else you wanted, you wouldn't need money. Whereas if you were in the middle of Antarctica, where there is nothing to buy, it wouldn't matter how much money you had.
Wealth is what you want, not money. But if wealth is the important thing, why does everyone talk about making money? It is a kind of shorthand: money is a way of moving wealth, and in practice they are usually interchangeable. But they are not the same thing, and unless you plan to get rich by counterfeiting, talking about making money can make it harder to understand how to make money.
Money is a side effect of specialization. In a specialized society, most of the things you need, you can't make for yourself. If you want a potato or a pencil or a place to live, you have to get it from someone else.
How do you get the person who grows the potatoes to give you some? By giving him something he wants in return. But you can't get very far by trading things directly with the people who need them. If you make violins, and none of the local farmers wants one, how will you eat?
The solution societies find, as they get more specialized, is to make the trade into a two-step process. Instead of trading violins directly for potatoes, you trade violins for, say, silver, which you can then trade again for anything else you need. The intermediate stuff-- the medium of exchange-- can be anything that's rare and portable. Historically metals have been the most common, but recently we've been using a medium of exchange, called the dollar, that doesn't physically exist. It works as a medium of exchange, however, because its rarity is guaranteed by the U.S. Government.
The advantage of a medium of exchange is that it makes trade work. The disadvantage is that it tends to obscure what trade really means. People think that what a business does is make money. But money is just the intermediate stage-- just a shorthand-- for whatever people want. What most businesses really do is make wealth. They do something people want.

Donate For A Cause:
This is a typical offer from Donate For A Cause, our biggest competitor. When we first began business we tried donating over 30 timeshares to Donate For A Cause and this is the offer we got back every time. We have since figured out how to do the same services for much less. As far as a tax deduction, in tax court, do you really think the IRS is gonna give you tax credit for something that you payed to get rid of?
http://ping.fm/artIM
"Thank you for your interest in donating your timeshare, our brokers have reviewed your property and have determined that your property is less desirable than others in the area and we are not able to accept the property under our no cost donation program. We do have another donation program that your property would qualify for called our Guaranteed Donation Program, where the property will be deeded out of your name within eight weeks, the fee for this program would be $1,299.00 and this fee would also be tax deductible in addition to the deduction you will receive for the property itself. If you decide to proceed with this program we guarantee that the donation will go through or you will receive a full refund. Please also keep in mind that you will still receive a donation receipt for the property itself in addition to a receipt for the costs. The IRS allows deeded property donors to determine the fair market value of their donation up to $5,000.00 without an appraisal and for non deeded properties up to $500.00. Appraisals are recommended on all donations.
If you would like to proceed with the guaranteed donation program please send a check or money order made payable to Resort Closings, Inc. to the address below along with the attached documents, a copy of your recorded deed and a copy of your satisfaction of mortgage. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
Due to the time of year and upcoming maintenance fees becoming due you will be asked to pay the 2010 maintenance fee as well, the closing company will obtain the amount of the fee and request it from you at the time of closing.
***Please note we will cover up to $200.00 in fees to transfer your ownership. Any fees in excess of this amount will be your responsibility."
